Maple & Motor Burgers & Beer

Start your evening @ Maple & Motor. Go on a Friday. You'll be greeted by Jack Perkins-former JAG, M&M owner, burger genius. The place is similar to any other Dallas dive burger spot-- dimly lit with Southern charm -- but the food selections…well, they're just so much better. Fried Bologna Sandwich, Texas Toast Grilled Cheese and the Flat-Top Brisket Sandwich are a few favorites. This place will be around for a while.

The burger is one of the best around.  Top it with an egg and/or bacon. Coronary heart disease...perhaps, but just disregard that until you leave (the burger will taste better, I assure you). 

There's talk of opening another spot in East Dallas. Call it, Gaston & Munger? Neh
