Creamed Tuna on Toast:
-1 stick of butter
-1 cup of flour
-2 cans of Tuna
-Milk (at least a cup or two)

1.) Melt butter and cook @ mid/high heat
2.) Whisk flour into butter to make a roux. Don't let it burn, but brown it.
3.) Stir in milk until it makes a thick gravy.
4.) Add tuna
5.) Salt and pepper to taste
6.) Spread it over toast
7.) Remember Desoto
