Sandwich consists of:

-Rice Flour Baguette (TOP)

-Sriracha

-Spicy Aioli

-Fresh Cilantro + Thai Basil

-Sliced English Cucumbers

-Picked Carrots & Daikon

-Meatballs (Pork)

-Spicy Aioli

-Rice Flour Baguette (BOTTOM)

Spicy Aioli Recipe:

-7 egg yolks

-1. sc corn oil

-2T lime Juice

-3T rice vinegar

-T salt & pepper

-T Sriracha

......

1.) Whisk eggs adding oil slowly to emulsify.

2.) Season with lime, vinegar, Sriracha, salt, and pepper

Picked Carrots + Daikon Recipe

1/2 cup Julienned Carrots

1/2 cup Julienned Daikon

1/2 cup water

1 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

.....

1.) Dissolve sugar into vinegar and water over medium heat.

2.) Pour over carrots and Daikon

3.) Cool

Meatballs (Pork) Recipe

-1 pound ground pork

-1/2 cup minced yellow onion

-1/4 cup shallots

-2 T cilantro

-2 T ginger

-Soy sauce

.....

1.) Mix all ingredients

2.) Form into 1 ounce balls

3.) Boil in salt water (8 min.)

4.) Move to grill to sear outside

5.) Toss in sweet soy sauce
