-1 cup all purpose flour
-2 tsp baking powder
-1 punch salt
-1 1/2 tsp sugar
-2 eggs
-1 cup Ricotta cheese
-1/4 tsp vanilla

Powdered sugar for dusting or for frying

1) Mix all ingredients together
2) Drop by tablespoon into 375 degree oil
3) Cook 3-4 minutes or until golden, drain and dust with powdered sugar
4) Serve warm
