"The drink is based off of a boulevardier and the concept is a Negroni that is made by either scotch or bourbon. Personally, I like to go heavy on the bourbon to keep the integrity of the cocktail. The initial smell you'll notice is the sweet Rhubarb bitters. As you sip, you'll feel the bourbon wash over with a nice smoky, leathery taste followed by a little Aperol and Cherry Heering for a fortified sweet aftertone. Finally, the warm chocolate bitters finish like breathing over a Hershey's kiss." -Chris
